Make summer memories in this beautifully finished home with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a pool on a just-shy acre. Tucked away on a large private flag lot south of the highway, you’re just a few minutes to ocean and bay beaches, great restaurants, bars, seafood markets, jet ski rentals and more. There’s plenty to do right here, too – enjoy the pool and pool house, hang out by the fire pit, shoot some basketball hoops – there’s even a kids’ playground. The large lawn is surrounded by evergreens and hydrangeas, and there’s ample parking space. There are two separate levels of living in 2,500+/- sq. ft. of space; the first level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchenette and breakfast area. On the second level are 3 bedrooms, a bath, living room, kitchen and dining area. Kayaks, bikes and beach chairs, pool toys and floats are all included.
