The garage is not functional for parking, as we use it for beach amenity storage (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc.)General: Free wifi, keyless entry, and all the comforts of home.Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant, and bar (seasonal), gift shop, access to the beach and more! The bayside features a heated pool with lazy river, hot tub, BBQ pit, fishing, crabbing, biking and hiking trails, kayak ponds and bird estuary.Wristbands are needed for amenities usage. There is a one-time $25.00 resort fee per person, age 4 and above, for total persons of your reservation; payable to Pointe West Beach Club. Additional or daytime guests are not allowed at the Beach Club.Minimum renter age: 23No events, parties, or large gatherings. 7 guests are welcomed.No smoking.Note: The property is a beach house and has stairs to the main floor.
