This bedroom also has water views and it opens up onto the waterfront balcony. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and private lavatory. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom can be accessed via hallway or through the second bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV.The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you would need to cook a family meal. It has all new stainless steel appliances such as an Induction range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It also offers granite countertops with countertop seating for 4 guests, making it a great place to grab a snack or meal. The kitchen leads to the living and dining area with sliders to the balcony.The living area is beautifully decorated and it offers a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating and over-sized floor-to-ceiling sliders with expansive water views.The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably and you can also enjoy water views while you dine.Balcony features plenty of outdoor seating, 1 lounger and a conversation set.Waterside pool (heated) area with loungers, table and chair seating, and barbeque grill.The unit is located on the 5th floor with amazing views of the water.The beach is a quick 10 minute walk.
