It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen, with air- conditioning for your comfort. Washer and dryer for your convenience is provided as well. The property is fenced in and safe and has a closed circuit security monitoring system.This house is located on a cul-de-sac street very quiet with a five minute walk to baby beach. The house is outfitted with air conditioning, flat screen TVs and a gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. We did not stop there, we paid attention to detail and comfort when we designed this vacation rental. The location is one of the best things, you will not hear traffic or feel like you’re in the city life anymore. You will feel the old hawaii with the luxuries and convenience of modern living from this property.The upstairs of the house has 2 two bedrooms and 2 baths the downstairs has one bedroom with 2 twin beds. All rooms have air-conditioning and TV, there is a washer and dryer plus the dishwasher for your convenience.Aaron’s Beachhouse location is one of the best areas of Hilo. It’s considered the sun belt by the locals called 4 mile. We are close to the airport, shopping centers, volcano and waterfalls. The property is next-door to Aaron’s cottage bed-and-breakfast, which is owned by the same owners. the property sits on over half an acre.
