Welcome to Leah Lane, a stunning vacation home located just outside the heart of downtown Kennebunkport on a private lane.Step inside and you’ll be greeted by clean lines, a beachy vibe, and a welcoming vacation atmosphere. The open concept living, kitchen, and dining area create a relaxed setting for your family and guests. In cooler seasons, the gas fireplace adds a cozy touch.The backyard is a recent addition, expanding the indoor/outdoor living space. Enjoy the flowering perennial gardens, stone fire pit, bluestone patio, fire table, and outdoor grill—perfect for coffee or cocktails in the front yard and dinner and s’mores in the backyard.The first-floor Master King Suite with en-suite bathroom is spacious and ideal for those preferring to avoid stairs. A half bathroom with washer & dryer is also on this level.Upstairs, you’ll find a shared full bathroom, a large two double bedroom, and a King bedroom overlooking the backyard. This floor also features a large bonus room, perfect for family games and relaxation. A high-end queen sleeper sofa is available upon request.The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing by the fire pit, grilling a BBQ, or enjoying coffee or a nightcap in the front yard.Leah Lane is just a short 4-minute drive or a scenic 1-mile walk from the heart of Dock Square. Gooch’s Beach is 2 miles away, and guests can use the provided parking pass for a day at the beach, valid for all Kennebunk beaches.Please note that this is a pet-free, dander-free house, as the owners have severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.Sleeping arrangements for 8 guests include the Primary King Suite, Two Double Bedroom, and Upstairs King Bedroom.
