The cottage features two bedrooms, an open-concept dining and kitchen area, a private living room, and a sunroom where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks after a day at the beach.The back of the house opens up to a large private deck, ideal for BBQs or a traditional Maine Lobster Bake. There are also two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand from the beach.During the summer, a nice breeze flows through the house, but for added comfort, there are window AC units in the bedrooms to cool down on warmer nights.With its spacious kitchen, family room, sunroom, and outdoor space, Mia’s Place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
