The property is located on quiet and private cul-de-sac and features sweeping Southern views looking down the Lake.The open floor plan features cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling doors leading out to a large deck with incredible views. This main level boasts a spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, sound bar speaker, a dining area with a large table that seats 6. There is also a bedroom (2 twin beds), bathroom and kitchen on this level.The second floor has hard wood floors, a master bedroom with a queen bed and large windows overlooking the lake, and a loft with 2 twin beds.Watch the Sunset with a glass of wine from the large deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy the large lawn that gently slopes to a custom built boat dock and deck that provides easy access to swimming.
