The premises is comprised of other cottages and rental properties.HOUSE RULES:Abide by our quiet hour times of 10PM to 8AM;Turn off exterior lights each night when you retire;Refrain from smoking any materials while at Academy Place;Keep the exterior of your cottage or accommodations neat and tidy;Do not allow trash or recycling to accumulate more that weekly (trash and recycling pick up is on Thursdays);Park your vehicles, including motorcycles, in the designated spaces;Be considerate of your neighbors;; andNot interrupt any on-going construction activities at the property, including abiding by any instructions and warning with regard to the same.
