To the left you have a comfortable living room with a 55 inch flat screen smart TV and a stereo with an auxillary jack for your mobile device. To the right is a dining room to accommodate the whole family. Straight ahead is a large kitchen with everything you will need to fix your family a satisfying meal. The kitchen offers a relaxed dining area for breakfast or playing card games in the evening. Off the kitchen is a half bath with a full sized washer and dryer. First floor also offers air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.Second Floor: The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a double vanity. This room also comes equipped with a low profile wall mount air conditioner. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Fourth bedroom has a single twin bed. Also located on this floor is an additional full bathroom with a tub/shower and double vanity.Outdoor: Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a deck furnished with a gas grill and seating with mountain views. Down below is a private fenced in yard, perfect for storing your kayaks and bikes. Off street parking for 2 cars.This home is used exclusively as a vacation rental, so it will remain fresh and clean.
