Additionally, there is a half bathroom downstairs.The heart beat of the home is the oversized well equipped kitchen with counter bar seating just off the dining room which seats 10 comfortably. The great room is large and has a large screen television. It also has a fireplace. Adjacent to the great room is a very large screened in porch with oversized seating and dining table. There is also a nice outdoor gas grill. There is a large yard which backs up to the scenic first fairway of the golf course. There is also a fire pit & Adirondack chairs in the back yard for you to enjoy coffee in the morning and s’mores and cocktails later!The house has just been remodeled with new furniture , bedding, towels, rugs and lighting.The owner leaves his bikes for your use while you are here.The home is in the middle of all the amenities in Palmetto Bluff–walk or ride your bike to the pools and exercise facilities. Restaurants all within walking distance.We are also able to get tee times at May River Golf Course if you are a golfer.
