Buongiorno! ACQUA Di VITA is a newly built (December 2023) 2 bedroom/2 bath beach villa in the luxury resort style community of The Beach Club at Whalehead. Our charming seaside villa offers tranquil upscale amenities, luxury decor and posh comfort.ACQUA Di VITA which is located in The Beach Club at Whalehead community is literally right across the street from the Currituck lighthouse. When it is all said and done, there will be a hot tub, taco restaurant and bar, a fitness center, pickleball court and concierge service (All coming soon). The community pool and poolside lounge deck is open and ready for you to enjoy. There are poolside cabanas available to rent which have a teak lounge sofa and/or chairs, teak side table, private TV, curtains, a misting fan and mini outdoor fridge. The community heated pool will also have a hot tub once construction is complete (one pool towel per guest is included during your stay).ACQUA DI VITA which translates to Water of Life, is colorful, vibrant and inspired with beautiful added touches. Our Villa is a two bedroom home with two full bathrooms. The bedrooms have king size beds and bath and linens are included along with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. All bedrooms have TV’s, dressers, nightstands and walk in closets. The couch in the living room is also a sleeper for two. The house can sleep six comfortably. We have an outdoor shower, an outdoor space for relaxing, and a BBQ. The kitchen has everything you pretty much need…including additional amenities such as a crockpot, air fryer, Keurig, regular coffee pot, an Italian espresso pot, lobster pot, dinnerware, etc. etc… The kitchen island has area seating is for six, and a wine fridge. Washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. The living room area has a TV and the house of course has wifi. We also have an attached outdoor walk-in closet to store your beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards etc. Our villa comes with a beach cart, four beach chairs, sand toys, a boogie board and UPF +50 beach umbrella. There is also one designated parking spot available at our home with additional guest/visitor parking spots throughout the community.We are walking distance to restaurants, specifically Corolla Light Town Center and very close to the 4×4 beach where you can get a glimpse of the wild horses (5 minutes North of us). The pier to see the tranquil sunsets can be found across the street at the Historic Whalehead Club alongside the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Fishing, surfing and swimming are just steps away. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach. Corolla Surf Shop hosts surfing lessons at our beach, as it is a surfers spot to catch the waves. We are that close to Historic Corolla Village where you can bike walk and/or stroll. It is just a beautiful and peaceful place.Grocery stores like Harris Teeter, Butcher’s Block and Food Lion are five to ten minutes just south of us. Lighthouse bagels and the Seaside Farm Market are a car ride away (also 5-10 minutes). You can find seafood fresh from the sea at the market as well as fresh local produce and homemade baked goods.Please let us know if you have any questions.
