Beach Access straight across the street (Only 135 yards to the beach!). Features an open floor plan, 4 Bedrooms, 4 and 1 half baths in over 3400 sqft with lots of space for a large family. This coastal gem sleeps 12 with 3 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Ocean peeks from the 3rd floor. Spacious screened porch features new outdoor seating and a Charleston Swing Bed! Kitchen renovated in late 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances. Kitchen well-stocked for the cooks on Vacation! Dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 available off the adjacent sun room.The living room is well equipped with comfortable seating and cathedral ceilings. A new renovated bar in living room includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator. Additional seating in the sun room featuring a large sectional sofa with flat screen television adjacent to the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor. This incredible, oversized, master suite includes a king size bed and a new master bath with large soaking tub and walk-in shower. A spiral staircase takes you to a loft bedroom with two twin beds and access to an ocean view deck.The first floor features three bedrooms with new private en suite baths. A second master is featured with a king bed and updated private bath. Another guest room features a king bed and brand new bath. The kids room offers a fun bunk bed, additional queen sized bed and a new bathroom.Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes creating an even more private feel. Enjoy what Wild Dunes has to offer including Championship Golf, beautiful beaches, miles of bike trails, and select restaurants and shops. The resort does not allow access to all amenities, but the surrounding areas offer lots to do.
