The house is a 30 second walk to the beach via Public Access Way #2. Skip the trolley, the mile road walk or the parking fight and stay right at the beach. There is parking for two cars right next to the unit. The unit can be accessed from either the street entrance or a back entrance. The unit has a small kitchen stocked with all the utensils needed for a stay in which all meals are prepared at your beach unit. Wifi, cable and multiple couches and chairs are provided for entertainment and comfort. Multiple ground level windows can be open for plenty of light or closed for privacy. A grill and recreation area (35ft x 37 ft) are available at the back of the unit. New flooring (2017) and a completely renovated bathroom (2017) are just a few of the updates to this unit. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement).
