30 Acres of Adirondack living. Main floor-King bed & tv. Upstairs loft w/no door has a Queen, full & twin w trundle. Downstairs-Queen bed, full futon & couch, along w/Pooltable & TV. Screened in porch. Short walk down trail to 350′ pf water frontage. No visitors/overnite guests w/out approval. Winter guests must have all wheel or 4×4 drive cars. 1.6mile long remote 1 lane roadway. Take in/take out for ALL garbage. Taxes will be added at check in. pet fee $100 max 2
