The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and washer and dryer. Relax in the sprawling private backyard, patios and cozy courtyards.This casita offers loads of vintage charm, only one mile from the University of Arizona campus, and close to great amenities such as free parking in the driveway or on the street, public transportation, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. You will also be close to great hiking and sight-seeing including the Santa Catalina Mountains, Catalina State Park, Gate’s Pass, Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, Sajuaro National Monument and Mt. Lemmon.You will occasionally share the backyard area with the main house next door. However, the main house has its own back patio and private side patio, separate entrances and separate washer/dryer units. The casita is very private even with main house occupancy.IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not have space to park campers, trailers, RVs or ATVs.
