This house was originally built on the Marine base at Parris Island. Moved to Pigeon Point Road in the 50’s and then moved again in 2001 to it’s present location on Laudonniere St. It was just 14′ by 42′ (a shotgun house) . We added two bedrooms & two baths. In 2008 we added a fireplace bay and a dinning bay in the living room and two walk-in closets in the bedrooms +made a coat closet in the hallway. It is now a full functioning house with cathedral ceilings and fans throughout, heart pine flooring and even a claw-foot bathtub. Most people who walk in the front door for the first time fall in love with it.
