Follow the path to the covered entryway and enter the upper level of the home. The upper level includes a kitchen and dining area, the master bedroom, full bathroom, and deck access. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV and uses the upstairs bathroom with a step-in shower. The screened in deck offers a space for dining and relaxing, and can be opened on one side to include an open area of the deck. Downstairs, one guest room with 3 twin beds neighbors a second guest room with 2 full beds. The sitting area on the lower level has a TV and sliding glass doors to the outdoor dining area and firepit, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery. This home is in a perfect location for taking advantage of downtown Highlands and enjoying a private setting.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
