Adorable 3BR/2BA farmhouse ranch in Ballantyne – Pool is Open!Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, tennis courts, and a pool (now open as of May 4th!). You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!Fully fenced in backyard – Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay)-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park-3 minutes to Ballantyne-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)Area:The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.Getting around:You have a driveway so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 – 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.Other things to note:We have compiled a house manual which you can find when you reach home to help familiarize yourself with our home.My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don’t want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.Disclaimer- “We get Pest spray done regularly for bugs and other insects as well as the place is professionally cleaned after every stay; however, Mother Nature takes a hold sometimes, especially during summer months and you may see an occasional bug/insects inside the home.
