This home reminds us a lot of the vintage style beach cottages that you just don’t see much anymore, but it’s been updated with some newer nicer features to make this more user-friendly and we didn’t get rid of the charm!As you can see in the photos, this home is beautiful inside and out, and features a split floor plan with the main living area set up as a Great Room, featuring the living, dining, and kitchen in one large open space. Two of the three bedrooms are located to the right and left of the foyer, and both share a full bath. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and features a king bed and a large master bathroom.Room Details-Primary Bedroom: Kind bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower-Second Bedroom: Queen bed with jack-n-jill door to shared hallway bathroom with walk-in shower-Third Bedroom: Full over full bunk bed with trundle.You can enter the pool space through the master bedroom sliding glass door or the door to the rear of the Great Room. Upon exiting the home, to the rear patio area, you’ll find a small but beautiful heated pool, perfect for your children and/or a few friends. The outdoor space itself has brick pavers, lush natural landscaping, ample seating, and privacy.Your family will love the quick access to the beach, which is across the street from the home, less than 20-30′ away. It makes beach days (and your walk to the beach with all of your necessary gear) a breeze! Not to mention, this beach area is one of the least crowded beaches on the Island, with very little traffic making it all the way up here. You’ll love the views. This section of the beach ends at Bean Point, which is the extreme North End point of Anna Maria. Besides the quiet beach that you have here, you also have absolutely amazing views as Tampa Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico, with backdrops of Egmont Key, Passage Key, and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
