Seagull Beach is one and a half miles away. What truly makes this home special is its close proximity to all attractions. Whether you want to hit the beach, shop, take in a movie, go boating, fishing, or dining in one of the local restaurants, everything is within a few short miles of this rental. Lewis Bay is also close offering superb viewing areas for all the summer fireworks.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplace is non-operational.Please note this is a shared home. There is a full-time tenant living on the back side of the home.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Security camera details: The neighbor has onlooking surveillance cameras, and this home has surveillance cameras installed in the front yard. These cameras are only on the outside of the home and comply with Massachusetts laws.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
