Description

One beautiful pinewood cabin secluded on 3 acres of woodland property all to yourself. Private and cozy, we are only 1/2 mile to the river, 2 miles to Cooter’s Place, 10 minutes to Luray Caverns and town, and 12 minutes to the Washington Jefferson National Forest. We are 17 miles from Shenandoah National Park’s Skyline Drive.My husband and I both love staying at our cabin where it’s peaceful and beautiful and quiet. It’s a great place to unwind and refocus on each other. Relax in any room; the cabin has ceiling fans in every room and on the front porch to help you stay cool even on a hot summer day.The cabin offers 3 Bedrooms outfitted with 2 Queen beds and 2 Single sized beds. Deck just finished in November 2019. Freshly stained exterior of cabin in Spring 2021. Beautiful covered front porch to enjoy your morning in a rocking chair, rain or shine. Great fire pit and Adirondack chairs to sit and roast marshmallows or just watch some “caveman tv”. The cabin also has a wood-burning fireplace inside which is super warm and romantic with that special someone.We have DISH tv and Wi-Fi. If you are like me you still want access to all your Netflix, Hulu and Prime tv shows. Use the Wi-Fi and connect to the tv so you can watch all your shows to your heart’s content.Like most cabins in the Shenadoah Valley area, guests are responsible for trash removal from the cabin. Due to black bears in the area, we do not have regular trash pickup. Sum it up to country living.
