This unit is in an extremely well-maintained community with two tandem parking spaces in the underground gated garage & community pool. You are perfectly situated here to take advantage of the ocean breezes as well as be walking distance to many shops & restaurants. When first entering the unit, your greeted by tall ceilings which really make the space feel open & spacious. The laundry facilities & a coat closet will be to your left. Further entering you’ll find the large bathroom with double vanities & the primary suite with walk in closet on your right. The secondary bedroom is just behind the sliding barn doors & is equipped with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully updated & stocked to have everything you’ll need during your stay including a new Keurig. There are several bar seats & a six person dining area. The living room is designed with comfort & entertainment in mind. The sleek pleather sofa & two side chairs should offer plenty of seating for everyone to gather. The patio off the living space is simply the best part of the home.
