Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in living room. Dining area with breakfast bar overlooking kitchen. Keurig coffee maker, assorted k-cup coffee and sugar and cream is included. Living area has Smart TV and wifi for entertainment. Dishes, pans, utensils & freshly laundered bedding & towels are included.This unit is located just off the Baylor campus within walking distance of campus/McLane stadium, blocks from I-35 and only minutes away from Magnolia Table Restaurant & Silos. This unit is located in a small condo complex of 14 units. The units are owned/rented primarily by graduate students, young professionals or visitors to Waco/Baylor. There is a great coffee shop (as seen on Fixer Upper) called Common Grounds Coffee, an artisan ice cream store (Heritage Creamery) and various restaurants nearby including Magnolia Table. Cameron Park and the Cameron Park Zoo are a 10-15 minute drive from this unit.
