The en suite bath has a large vanity and a shower/tub. On the opposite side of the home are the two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, sunny decor and HDTV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk above and an HDTV. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a skylight and a shower/tub.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
