Your family will love this adorable cottage. The backyard features a private tropically landscaped oasis complete with heated pool and hot tub! The open concept living area is situated at the front of the house to include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and comfortable beachy furnishings with an HD Flat Panel TV in the living area. The front queen bedroom has an attached bath that also doubles as the hall bath. The next rooms are outfitted with twin beds and is located off of the main living area. The two back queen bedrooms each have their own bath along with their own entrance out to the pool area. It is a very short walk to the gorgeous gulf beach with its sugary white sand and emerald green waters. This cottage by the beach sleeps 8 and will allow a small dog!You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.There are no pets allowed in this home.*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
