This adorable Folly Beach cottage is conveniently located on the quiet West side of Folly Beach; however, downtown Center Street and the beach are just a stones throw away! The house is a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom getaway that sleeps 4 people in beds (6 total with sleeper sofa). Featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped that includes pots/pans, glassware, and all appliances (less a dishwasher), this is the perfect spot for “home away from home cooked meals.” The bathroom floor is tiled while the rest of the house boasts beautiful heart pine flooring. Guests will enjoy the large screen porch to enjoy the salty ocean breeze while your pups, with approval from our office, play in the fully fenced backyard.Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 – minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).
