Short drive or bike ride to the beach or downtown Dunedin, this comfy and private bungalow have everything you need to relax while enjoying beautiful and sunny Florida. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, a front porch and a large fenced backyard.Please notify us if you are bringing a pet. Dogs only. Pet fees are $200 for 1st pet , $100 for 2nd pet.2 complimentary bikes are available to use during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in using them so we have them ready for you.The house is strategically located between downtown Clearwater with the interesting Cleveland Street District, Clearwater beach, downtown Dunedin home to many restaurants and breweries, Toronto Blue Jays training TD ballpark, Pinellas trail and Honeymoon Island park and beach. This make it the perfect place to rest after a day enjoying the sun and beaches along with local shops, farmers market, restaurants, breweries, parks, golfing, fishing, festival, live performances, sporting events…The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Clearwater & surroundings. The amenities include: Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the bedroom and the living room, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, microwave, oven range, washer, dryer, books, games etc…Perfect for solo, couple or friends & family, up to 6 people.A crib/ travel cot/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.The Pinellas trail is 0.4 miles & Edgewater Park is 0.7 miles away. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away. Recreation center, libraries, marinas, boat tour…are some of the few things to do. We recommend that you take a look at the tourism information flyers left at the house, so you can enjoy everything that this amazing area has to offer.
