Sited on a quiet street with mature trees, it is the perfect home to rest after a day enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer. Whether you’re looking for a solo stay, a couple getaways, a friend’s getaway, a family vacation, or doing business in the area, this house will provide you the comfort and convenience you’re looking for. Sip on a cold drink on the porch or relax with a book in the backyard, while enjoying Florida’s weather. The house features 2 bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a front porch and a backyard with lush tropical landscape. Travel cot/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost. A queen size inflatable floor mattress is provided to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest if/when needed. Discount available for long stay. Also are included Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, microwave, dishwasher, range oven, washer, dryer, books, etc.Downtown Clearwater and downtown Dunedin are both a few minutes away and are home to many parks, theater, restaurants, breweries, Pinellas trail, marina, museums, night life, farmers market, hospitals, festival, live performances, and sporting events.2 complimentary bikes are available to use during your stay.
