Great cental location 2 hours from Boston, 40 minutes to Loon Mountain, outlets stores in Tilton, hiking, biking and concerts at NH Bank pavillion 3 miles away! Enjoy the front yard with lovely view of Lake Winnipesaukee, water access to launch a sup or kayak. Enjoy the back deck with brand new webber grill and fire pit.
