Studio-style living with one additional bedroom and a full bath. Guests will also have a private backyard area with a bbq, patio, and a fire pit. This sweet studio with a bonus bunk room is small but mighty, packing everything into its perfect place so guests feel welcome and comfortable. With adequate room for a couple or family, Sea Shore can accommodate up to four guests. The calming coastal color scheme highlights soothing neutrals with pops of aqua and green. Plenty of windows and mirrors make for a bright space with generous natural light and an overall cozy inviting ambiance.Guests will be instantly charmed by this studio living space with a playful boho-beach vibe. The living room has two sofas to sink into and a smart TV that can also be viewed from the queen-size bed. Abundant wall art and creative room dividers make the most out of a cozy area that is on the smaller side. The beachcomber coffee table filled with shoreline treasures will inspire guests to take a stroll on the beach searching for shells. Guests will love having everything within reach in this relaxing home.The wrap-around dining nook has plenty of room for four and could also be used as a workspace. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances- electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. Guests will have all the kitchenware needed to feel at home- utensils, a toaster, a blender, pots/pans, and dishware. An additional option is to grill a meal outside and eat alfresco at the picnic table on the patio.The studio space includes the primary bedroom area with a plush queen bed and soft coastal linens. Curtains and room dividers create a feeling of privacy while the mirrors and wall sconces make for an inviting space. One additional bedroom houses a twin bunk and also has a smart TV. Guests will have use of a bright and airy full bathroom with a custom tile walk-in massage shower with water jets shower. Access to a washer/dryer and ironing board is also available.Open-air living space can be found in the charming backyard. The outdoor area includes a privacy fence, green lawn, patio, picnic table, two BBQs, and adirondack chairs around a fire pit. Grab your cocktail and fire up the grill while little ones roast marshmallows over the fire.Sea Shore is in a quiet neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach, where it is family and kid friendly with plenty to do and see.The home is only two blocks from the water with great proximity to enjoy the area. Visitors can rent bicycles or a golf cart to roll around in the open air and explore nearby conveniences and attractions.
