This property is located entirely on the ground floor with a large patio equipped with lovely furniture and a great fire pit for your outdoor pleasure. The open concept living space offers two couches in the living space with kitchen island and dining area. The kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking and baking needs in addition to upgraded appliances.Mission Beach is a highly densely populated area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 7am. Please be mindful of your neighbors when visiting Mission Beach. This property does not allow parties or large groups. This property is strictly 30 night minimum rentals only.Please be advised that additional documents are required to book this property when booked on platforms. The rules of San Diego Beach Rentals and Sales, LLC supersede all online booking platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, Etc.This townhome is located in North Mission Beach. It is a two minute walk to the bay and a less than five minute walk to the ocean. This property is centrally located to all the happenings of Mission Beach with access to great family activities and dining at Belmont Park.Parking is directly behind the townhome that you will access through the alley. Carport style one car parking on the east side of the property. Please be mindful of extremely tall and large vehicles when reserving this property. Parking is a premium Mission Beach. Access through the sidewalk directly on the east side of the property.This property will comfortably sleep four people and great for families with children.
