Salt water pool right next to the building Tennis courts, playground and there is laundry in the building Lake Winnipesaukee offers many boating options; kayaks, motor boats rentals and you can even charter a Tiki Bar pontoon boat! Gunstock mountain is 9 miles away where you can hike, bike, ski in the winter months or ride the mountain coaster or zipline down the mountain from spring to fall. There’s also a ropes course for the brave. Many great restaurants nearby including the famous Hart’s Turkey Farm a few miles north.
