Step out onto your private balcony to relax with a complimentary cup of Keurig coffee, while admiring rustic luxury courtesy of our reclaimed wood accent wall. Our newly renovated private bathroom promises a sense of serenity. After a day out, kick back and enjoy all the resort’s amenities, including an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. Plus, there’s free parking, coin-operated laundry, and free shuttle service to Loon Mountain during ski season. Everything you need for a stress-free vacation!HOUSE RULESPlease remember this is a someone’s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters.
