Affordable 2b/2b Condo on Waterl – Across from Beach – Pool – on St. Andrews EndBeautiful, spacious and relaxing 2 bedroom/2 bath, family oriented 1200 sf condo located on the gorgeous Lower Grand Canal/Lagoon water, quieter St. Andrews side of beach. Located across the street from the blissful beach, which is less crowded on this end, walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the cozy balcony overlooking canal/lagoon, with access from livingroom and master bedroom, with table and chairs to watch sunsets/sunrises, dolphins coming into canal to feed as well as other wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.Private gated entrance, automatic check-in and check-out with your own unique door code and for your safety there is plenty of lighted parking (no trailers of any kind) in front of the condo. This is a quiet and family oriented complex. No gatherings/parties. Additionally, unit contains washer and dryer, extended (curved) shower rods and handheld hoses in both baths and shower handrail in second bath, large sectional sofa with two recliners and pullout sofa bed, adult and children games, DVD movies and take one and/or leave one book library. For the beach, we provide three beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for children, beach wagon and a baby/toddler (not for adults please) pop-up tent for use during your stay. We provide two blowup mattresses and pump if extra sleeping space needed. Fenced in pool is located directly across from the condo with restrooms for your convenience.You will always be in direct contact with owner before and during your stay and no worries about trying to contact a property management office during or after hours.
