AFFORDABLE, COMFORTABLE & CLEAN Mid-Island South of Town HouseSitting on a quiet lane off Surfside Road across from the middle school, this house is a one-minute walk to the Surfside bike path and the Wave bus stop. The house is two miles to Surfside beach and one mile to town and is walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, playgrounds, and athletic fields.The two-bedroom house has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and adjacent to it a bathroom that includes a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Full bed and a Twin bed with a second adjacent bathroom that has a shower stall along with a new washer/dryer.The living room includes a large new sectional that also has a pullout queen memory foam mattress. A dining table also sits in the living room along with a flat screen tv hung on the wall. Each of the bedrooms and the living room has a mini split built into the wall for ac/heat. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Above the kitchen is a loft accessed via a ladder in the hallway. This is a great spot for older kids or adults to sneak away to read and get some quiet time.Outside, the deck includes furniture along with a new grill. The back yard has a new shower along with a shed stocked with beach chairs, cooler and 2 bikes.The owners of the house and their three kids love Nantucket and frequently stay at the house throughout the year.
