We ensure to always have the rental pristine, clean and all surfaces disinfected before you arrive but please be prepared that you may need to clean your surfaces more during your stay due to this fact.While children are most welcome, please be aware that your children need to be supervised at all times. The pool area and hot tub, balconies as well as the boundaries of the property are not especially secured for small children/ toddlers. We (the owners) live in the main house and have a studio/an office space in the downstairs of the vacation rental. We are 2 adults and one 12 year old boy. The pool, hot tub and outside lawn is shared . During the week there’s an office manager and a friendly maintenance guy on property as well.
