The Civic Center, City marina, Roberts Point Park, restaurants, and a day spa are within walking distance, and the beach and Birding Center are both short drives away.The condo has unique, original artwork throughout, depicting ocean and boat themes. The open living room has a Queen sofa/bed, recliner, accent chair, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi, great for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy meals or a game of cards at the dining table for four. There are two stools at the bar for additional seating. Try out your cooking skills in the full kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Gulf breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, closet, and chest for your beach attire. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, dresser, closet, nightstands, wall-mount TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The shared bathroom has a combination tub/shower, double vanities, and a closet with a full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom can be accessed by both the hallway and the master bedroom.
