The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be used as is or re-configured into a king-sized bed. The 4th and final bedroom is downstairs and is a large pseudo-master suite. The downstairs bedroom has a California King mattress. The bedroom has sitting couches and a ceiling fan. Outside of this fourth bedroom there is a secondary living room with a sectional couch that sleeps two additional guests. The downstairs living room has a bathroom and 55 inch television.
