Our upper level condo and is conveniently located just a short walk to the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and attractions on Commercial St. but on a quiet side road where you can sleep peacefully at night.Originally a fisherman’s cottage built in 1850, our unit has pitched ceilings with plenty of natural light through the day. Open the sliding door to a private use deck with a a sofa, bistro set and gas grill perfect for unwinding outside. Our eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space and full sized appliances. Our bedroom has a queen sized bed with ample storage space and a skylight to look at the clouds or stars (dark blinds for the window and skylight for those who like to sleep in). We are close to the beaches and a 10-15 minute stroll through our lovely neighborhood to Commercial Street for your shopping, dining and galleries.You will enjoy your stay here for the same reasons we love to come back and settle in. Wood burning stove is currently not in service due to pending chimney repair***Cleaning follows VRBO recommendations. Surfaces will be cleaned and all touch points sanitized with disinfectant. Sheets/towels washed at high heat. You will be provided your own soaps/shampoos.
