Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard.SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 4+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night.QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.PARKING: There is a parking lot in the back of the building. You will be guaranteed one spot.
