Description
A freshly painted upstairs Legacy Villas studio with beautiful western mountain views. Guests are treated a comfy king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a small work desk and a dresser. A wet bar in between the bedroom and bathroom has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom has a single vanity, soaking tub, toilet and walk-in shower. The highlight of the space is a private balcony just off the living space with stunning mountain views. An outdoor table and chairs and chaise lounge provide guests the ability to soak up the warm desert sun over a morning coffee or twilight glass of wine. The condo is located near the back of the Legacy Villas community with ample off-street parking directly in front of the entrance. Guests enter through a private entrance after climbing a flight of stairs to the second story condo. The condo is a short-walk to a community satellite pool and hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the main pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The unit can be combined with LV216 to create a spacious 3 bedroom villa (subject to availability).The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and town homes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property.
