This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.Enjoy mountain views from this 2-bd/1-ba home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 4 guests. One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV; and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Shared driveway with the neighboring main home (1 vehicle maximum for this guest house). We are pleased to offer this vacation rental after a recent change in management.This is a strictly non-smoking property.CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 10:00amPLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this.Destination Kauai is a locally owned and family operated company. We offer contactless check-in for a seamless arrival. A 15% deposit is due at the time of booking. Refundable security deposit applies.
