There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back.Guest House – Enjoy mountain views from this 2-bd/1-ba home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 4 guests. One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV; and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower.This is a strictly non-smoking property.Starting 1/1/2024 – The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1 mile walk or 3 minute drive. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard.
