Relax and enjoy the outdoors in the privacy of your home-away-from-home!Up the staircase, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding, plenty of closet space, and extra seating under the two windows. The second bedroom is very spacious, offering a king-sized bed, desk space, and tranquil natural light. The two upstairs bedrooms share one full bathroom.In addition to the two bedrooms, the basement boasts a king-sized bed and extra space to unwind. Access to the backyard, a full bathroom with a shower/tub, a T.V, and a spacious closet make the basement space just as comfortable as the other bedrooms. The laundry room is also located on the basement level.The NeighborhoodStirling, Virginia is a safe, family-friendly suburban neighborhood that offers plenty of free outdoor activities. Enjoy the woods no matter the season by visiting the nearly 900 acre Algokian Regional Park. Explore the paved and natural surface hiking trails, open fields, and natural wooded areas. The well-maintained golf courses are great for families and friends looking to spend the day outdoors.Sterling is less than an hour away from Washington D.C., a city ideal for dining, bars, and museums. If you’re looking for rich history, check out the National Museum of African American History and Culture for hours of learning about African American history. For art and modern architecture, head to the Hischhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden or the Smithsonian American Art Museum. You’ll never run out of museums to check out in D.C., but even just a night-time walk around the monuments will give you a feel for the history and culture of D.C.As for dining and drinks, stay close to home and enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at CAVA. In order to be fair and impartial with this noise policy, we have installed NoiseAware in all of our CountrySide properties. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.Late Checkout:Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.Same-Day Bookings:Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm.
