Central AC will keep you cool and comfortable!Parking is right outside the door , providing easy access with no stairs to climb. The ground floor has a guest bedroom and bath. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with private bath and private lanai. Upstairs you will also find a 2nd guest bedroom and bath as well as an office/den area. If you must work, the unit comes with high speed wifi and and the office area comes equipped with a desk and a beautiful tropical ocean view.Alii Cove is a gated subdivision with a salt water pool and exercise/ equipment room.
