Luxurious top floor condo, Unit H-23 (Sleeps 4 with Futon in Loft for an additional guest) The short walk to town from here offers a variety of restaurants (Papa Kona, Kai, Kona Inn, Royal Kona and the famous Huggo’s Restaurants for sunset and live music), lots of shops and a Farmers Market for local food, flowers, and gifts. The Living room has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and high ceilings and large windows for a bright airy feel. You will love dining outside on the Lanai with the table and 4 chairs and an ocean view too! The master bedroom has a King size bed and adjacent bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with a nearby bath that has a shower/tub combination. The TV in the photo has been upgraded to a flat screen TV. Unit H-23 is located in a very quiet part of the complex. We have an ocean view from our Lanai where you can view the arrivals and departures of cruise ships, whale watch, and sunsets. Our kitchen has granite countertops and a kitchen bar, and we upgraded to stainless appliances. It is completely equippped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Wireless internet in condo. New Central Air Conditioning Unit installed Nov 2018 plus ceiling fans in every room. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, beds, Couch, Recliner are new along with a new refrigator in 2021.
