New spring-foam mattress.Guest bedroom has queen size bed, 10′ mirrored closet, reading chair, lots of pillows, quality bedding and new spring-foam mattress.Oversized 65″ flat-screen smart TV in the living room, super comfy leather sofas and two walls of windows overlooking the lake!Large capacity washer and dryer, all of the small appliances you might need coffee maker, elec water kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pots, hair dryers, etc.Right outside your door is the entrance to the unusual 1-mile long paved walking trail that meanders around the lake going past fishing docks, waterfalls, creeks, fountains, and lots ducks, geese, swans, fish, etc. You can stroll, jog, or run the trail or simply sit on the benches and relax! The lake is stocked with various types of fish with a catch & release policy.There are multiple gas grills located throughout the grounds. The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And our brand new hot tub was completed in March!The elevator is about 25 steps from this condo. From the parking lot you can take either the stairs (which is 1/2 up to the 2nd floor and 1/2 down to the ground floor) or the elevator.
