Enjoy relaxing sunrises on the expansive deck after a day of wine tasting, swimming, and exploring all that the area has to offer!This stunning, modern home can be found just off M22 with private sandy waterfront on West Bay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the expansive deck, or head down to the water to enjoy a swim! Sandy waterfront is accessed just past the breakwall, down a few steps to the dock and water access.Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! This home features a mooring where you can park your watercrafts. We can offer recommendations on rental companies – feel free to reach out!This is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. On the main floor are 2 bedrooms: a master with en-suite bathroom featuring a king bed and a comfy bedroom with a queen bed.Also on the main floor is the open concept living/dining room, and kitchen that all overlook the water.
