Enjoy 11 pools inside our gated complex, several tennis courts, a gym, vending/ice machines, shuffleboard, a playground, dog stations, and much more! Our beach home includes pool toys, 3 bicycles, a gas grill, a donut maker, a waffle stick maker, an egg cooker, a crockpot, a Keurig coffee station, stainless steel appliances, a George Foreman grill, an air compressor, all cooking utensils you would ever need, an outdoor shower (to get ALL the sand off), balcony seating area, very rare fenced in back patio and many more things being added every month!Walking distance to Rockit Lanes (bowling/arcade/roller skating), Applebee’s, Subway, Waffle House, multiple bars, post office, beach access, and many more restaurants & activities!NOTES:Please note prior to booking there is a 25+ age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given.No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
