Enjoying a circular layout around the staircase, the first level is open, spacious, and ideal for older kids to hang out in, with a dining table, a private pool table, and a comfortably furnished entertainment area with a mounted TV and a gas stove. At the far end, you’ll find a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a vessel sink, and the home’s laundry room housing the private washer/dryer. The lower level also has access to a private patio boasting a comfy hammock steps away from the home’s 120-foot stretch of private beach.Head upstairs to the second-level living area featuring access to the furnished deck, a grand entertainment space crowned by a handsome gas fireplace, and lots of natural light cascading through huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from ample granite countertops to stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, to turn out tonight’s home-cooked meal for everyone. Hot-weather meals are best when enjoyed alfresco on the furnished deck, and you’ll even have a private gas grill available to throw a little char on today’s freshly caught fish.
